mothers day 2024

Mothers Day weekend was so good. Car went golfing with his mom and brothers on Saturday morning and I took my kids to Lagoon. We had the best time the three of us and they were just really sweet. We went home for naps and then down to City Creek after to go to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. The weather was so nice and we had fun just walking around City Creek and then stopped for ice cream on our way home. On Sunday morning Car made us breakfast and Jack gave me the sweetest silliest card. The things he loves doing with me are making crepes, cuddling, going to swig, painting, taking naps and setting timers! Ugh I love him so much. We went to Lagoon again on Sunday and then went to Cafe Sabor for dinner and stopped by my parents house after to see my mom. It was just a great day :)

I have never had a harder time getting pictures with my kids!! They would not smile at the same time and it was rough lol

 We are living for this warm April weather! We've been spending a lot of time outside playing and it's been the best.

Doctor visit for poor Jack who had a double ear infection

Then to the firestation for a little field trip with some friends

Jack noticed for the first time that you can get your face painted at Lagoon and we had to do it! He was so cute as Spiderman

Lennon was loving Bulgy!! Jack never smiles this big on rides and I was dying watching her love it so much.

Jack's first soccer game! I told him I wanted to take some pics of just him in his soccer uniform and he said "Lennon can be in the picture with me" cause she was dying to get in

Jack's second soccer game didn't go great. He seemed really nervous and wouldn't go on the field unless Car or I went out with him and held his hand. He's already not aggressive at all and he just stood out on the field with us, no interest in going for the ball. He keeps telling me "maybe I'll play soccer another day". He wants to be done already and unfortunately we have 4 more games to go!

Happy after the game though to get the treats :)

Jack went on Terror Ride! It's been a big topic of conversation at our house for weeks and he was so brave to finally go. He said he liked it but he doesn't ever want to go on it again
